REAL ESTATE is an emotionally, rewarding career for Petra Jacobs of California
Lifestyle Realty in La Quinta. “I have developed very strong and lasting friendships with many clients.
My goal is for my clients to feel comfortable and confident with me as their Realtor.” One of La Quinta’s
international real estate agents, Petra works with buyers and sellers in all price brackets having homes and lot on
the market from $150,000 to over $2 million.

Born and raised in Bremen, Germany, she relocated to La Quinta in 1999. With a degree in
Hospitality Management, she worked many years in sales and marketing for international hotel chains in Europe; which
gave her in-depth knowledge of contract negotiations and presentations skills.Pursuing her dream, she moved to
California and joined her family’s businesses in Palm Springs and Palm Desert.

Being married to Peter Jacobs, a successful luxury custom home builder, she developed
her passion for real estate. Since 2002 she is a successful real estate agent in La Quinta. Together they own Peter
Jacobs Homes- building luxury homes in: The Hideaway Golf Club, PGA West, The Tradition Golf Club, The Reserve and
The Madison Club. His background as a general contractor helps with her success in her real estate business.
Together they can give you expert advice from a builder’s point of view: remodeling a home, purchasing the right lot

Petra is fluent in german, this equips her with an understanding of the needs and
desired of European clients who continually fall in love with the Coachella valley (greater Palm Springs area).

Finally, one of the most important aspects of a Realtor’s professional career is the
